Service Description
This focused, 3-week one-on-one course helps students develop the skills to confidently navigate private high school interviews. Through personalized coaching, mock interviews, and expert feedback, students will learn to: ✅ Answer common and tricky interview questions effectively ✅ Communicate clearly and authentically ✅ Make a strong first impression ✅ Think on their feet and manage nerves Sessions focus on core strategies, time management, and practice drills to ensure students feel prepared for test day. 📌 Ongoing Feedback: After each session, parents will receive a summary of what was covered, key takeaways, and areas for continued improvement. 💡 We guide students to: ✔️ Answer prompts thoughtfully and completely ✔️ Share their story in a sincere, engaging way ✔️ Demonstrate their potential to admissions teams 📌 Ongoing Feedback: After each session, parents and students will receive a summary of progress, key takeaways, and areas for continued improvement. *One-on-one coaching at $140 per hour until essays are complete. Most students finish in 8-12 hours, depending on the number of schools and essays.
Booking Policy
1. Booking & Scheduling • All sessions must be booked in advance through our online scheduling system. • Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend booking at least one week in advance to secure your preferred time. • Confirmation emails will be sent after booking, including session details and any required materials. 2. Payment & Refunds • Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. • We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other approved methods. • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or reschedule. • No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at our discretion. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations • Clients may reschedule their session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. • In case of an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options. 4. Session Expectations • Sessions begin on time and are conducted via Zoom, Google Meet, or in-person (if applicable). • Students should come prepared with any required materials (essay drafts, prompts, or relevant documents). • If a student is more than 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened or forfeited without refund. 5. Code of Conduct • All students are expected to engage respectfully and actively participate. • Disruptive behavior or failure to follow instructions may result in session termination without refund. 6.
