Meet The Founder
Hi, I'm Tim Lind
An educator, mentor, and writing specialist with over 20 years of experience, I’ve dedicated my career to helping students grow as learners—building confidence, strengthening academic skills, and reaching their full potential.
After years of teaching in both public and independent schools, I founded On the Write Track to provide personalized tutoring and expert guidance for students navigating schoolwork, standardized tests, and the high school and college application process.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with students across all grade levels—designing writing curricula, leading application workshops, and supporting growth in math, reading, and language.
As a teacher at top schools in Chicago and Los Angeles, I implemented research-backed programs that empowered students to excel not only in narrative, analytical, and persuasive writing, but also in broader academic achievement.
In addition to my work in schools, I have spent over a decade as a private tutor, guiding students through the ISEE and ERB, strengthening their study habits, and helping them craft standout essays in the competitive admissions process.
