Booking Policy

1. Booking & Scheduling • All sessions must be booked in advance through our online scheduling system. • Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend booking at least one week in advance to secure your preferred time. • Confirmation emails will be sent after booking, including session details and any required materials. 2. Payment & Refunds • Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. • We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other approved methods. • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or reschedule. • No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at our discretion. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations • Clients may reschedule their session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. • In case of an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options. 4. Session Expectations • Sessions begin on time and are conducted via Zoom, Google Meet, or in-person (if applicable). • Students should come prepared with any required materials (essay drafts, prompts, or relevant documents). • If a student is more than 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened or forfeited without refund. 5. Code of Conduct • All students are expected to engage respectfully and actively participate. • Disruptive behavior or failure to follow instructions may result in session termination without refund. 6.
